At Victoriapark Dental, our fees follow the Ontario Dental Association fee guide although we sometimes hear that our fees are lower than what patients have been quoted at other practices. These fees represent our commitment to provide a valuable and quality service for our patients. We believe our value is provided through our dental team, including our dentists and Patient Care Specialists, and their ability to prioritize your treatment in accordance with your goals, needs, dental coverage, and financial situation. Our dental team will recommend different treatment options, prioritizing what needs to be done immediately and what can possibly wait. For the more serious procedures, you will be provided with a presentation to take home to review again or compare with a second opinion. There is never any pressure from our dental team. Our team’s motto is, “Think of the patient as your mother, father, daughter, son, or best friend. If they were your patient in this situation, is this what you would recommend for them?” If it’s not, we don’t recommend it for our patients.
At Victoriapark Dental, you can pay right after your appointment, or we can send it to your benefits on your behalf. Some of our patients take advantage of credit card points and such opportunities, and pay at the time of service. For those that prefer the benefit submission, since we have already approved the treatment with your benefits provider, there should be no surprises. Our Patient Care Specialists are happy to answer any of your financial questions or concerns at the reception desk or in a private consultation room.
At Victoriapark Dental, we offer 0% financing on approved credit. We’ll find a way to make it work for your given situation.
