The iTero camera takes a digital, 3D picture of your teeth, providing an instant image. The digital image is electronically sent to the lab and is available in the Invisalign Clincheck system by the following day. The clarity, detail and accuracy of the iTero scan, rather than a putty impression, is superior. It's similar to watching high definition television instead of standard definition television. In removing the putty process, we have greatly increased the speed, accuracy and completely eliminated any need for repeated impressions to get the proper image of your teeth.
